2. What are the benefits of joining ESU Malaysia?
We plan to have a monthly Literature Appreciation Evening, for example poetry recitals, book reviews and story telling. Members would get special discounts to attend these evenings.
Other plans for members include the opportunity to attend teaching camps and exchange programmes. These are still being finalised.
3. I’m not from K.L. How do I get my membership form?
Effective 2 November 2002, you can apply online. Even though we have plans to have ESU branches nationwide, this will however take some time. We recommend if you have contacts in Kuala Lumpur, for them to visit our administrative office and see our Hon. Secretary, Jaffri or his assistants Josephine or Christopher to get the form and to pay the fee.
4. Can I come to the official launch?
The official launch is by invitation only as the space at the National Arts Gallery is limited.
However, you may attend our monthly Literature Appreciation Evenings which is open to the public at a fee or a discounted rate for ESU members.
We will keep you updated on this matter via news releases in the local media and our website.
